Does StoryCase accept bulk purchases?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Typically, products will be dispatched within 3 business days after receiving the payment.
Hong Kong address: 1 to 3 business days shipping time after dispatch
Outside Hong Kong: 5 to 22 business days after dispatch
Can I use 2 promo codes in the same order?
I’m afraid you can only use 1 promo code in a single order.
Does your case works with wireless charging?
Most of the models work with wireless charging. (Only applicable if the model of your phone is capable of charging wirelessly)
Which case can I customize?
You view the list of cases that are customizable in the customization tab
How do I remove the case?
Simply pull on a corner of the case and gently push on the area around the lens.
Can cases cause overheating?
Having a case doesn’t necessarily cause overheating, but due to the nature of phone cases, it might trap heat produced by your phone. You might want to reduce the number of applications running in the background.
Is the StoryCase phone case heavy?
The weight depends on which type of phone case you got.
Does StoryCase offer a warranty for cases?
I am sorry to say that we don’t offer warranty for phone cases, but we do offer a 7 days exchange program.
Do you accept Master/Visa Gift cards?
Yes, feel free to spend your gift cards here.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa card, Apple Pay or Paypal.
How do I upload images to the customization page?
Simply press the “upload” button and follow the instructions( Wait webpage, add link)
Can I upload an image that belongs to somebody else?
I don’t recommend doing so. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I create a case with a transparent background?
Of course! If you wish to do so, please upload your image in PNG format.
